- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
- If you choose to collect your order, we will provide a designated collection time. Failure to collect within the agreed time may result in additional fees or order cancellation.

- It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are free from allergens as they are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve it.
- Refunds are not provided unless there is a genuine quality issue or an error on our part.
